VOICE AI ON NEXUS AEP

Stop AI voice scams before the victim says yes.

Cloned voices. Fake bank calls. Scammers asking for PINs and one-time codes. Voice Firewall helps operators spot these threats while the call is still in progress, with analysis and response handled inside the network.

In-network analysis · Operator-controlled response · No subscriber app

THE THREAT

A familiar voice is no longer proof of who is calling.

A scam call can sound like a relative, a bank employee or someone from the police. Voice cloning makes impersonation more convincing, while familiar tactics such as urgent payment requests and demands for PINs or one-time codes still do the damage.

The operator has a narrow window to recognise what is happening and respond.

VOICE FIREWALL

Two kinds of analysis.
One response in the network.

Give subscribers an additional layer of protection against AI voice scams, directly in your network. Voice Firewall analyses protected calls for signs of voice cloning and fraud, then returns the results to Nexus AEP so your network can respond according to your policies.

Deepfake & Voice Cloning Detection

Audio analysis looks for signs of synthetic or cloned speech and produces a deepfake score.

Scam & Vishing Detection

Speech-to-text and a local language model analyse the conversation for suspicious requests and scam patterns.

Operator response

Let the call continue. Play a warning. Interrupt it.

The operator defines the response rules in Nexus AEP. AI analysis informs the decision; it does not take over call control.

HOW VOICE FIREWALL WORKS

The analysis happens during the call.

Voice Firewall integrates with the operator's IMS environment. Nexus AEP handles call control and policy, while the MRF (Media Resource Function) temporarily anchors call media for analysis.

Speech-to-text, deepfake scoring and a local LLM analyse the call and return a verdict and score to AEP. The operator's low-code policy determines whether the call continues, receives a warning or is interrupted. Once analysis is complete, the MRF leaves the media path.

  • Activated through IMS
  • Temporary media anchoring
  • On-premises AI processing
  • No audio retention
  • Fail-open by design
  • Operator-controlled low-code policies
